Thank you Fin Time Adventures Vieques, Puerto Rico for a providing an excellent snorkeling adventure... World class!! Terry Farmer

My girlfriend and I went on a full day of snorkeling and visit to Flamenco Beach (Culebra) with Captain Dave and his first mate Lenni. There were a total of 5 passengers and the 2 crew members. The boat was not cramped at all and a very enjoyable ride. The Captain and Lenni were very knowledgeable about the surround areas. The first stop of snorkeling did not disappoint! There were an abundant of different fish at the first reef. At the second snorkeling spot we saw two turtles and one person in our group spotted 3 rays! The food for lunch was great and we had a relaxed time eating. Flamenco Beach was wonderful and we were able to anchor the boat off-shore and swim up to the beach (or ride in the dingy there and back if you didn't feel like swimming). All in all it was a fun filled day and I would highly recommend this experience to all visitors! Ray L

Carmen, David, and Jamal were super kind, very conscientious, and took good care of us and our kids. We had a great time. They helped us understand the island and we got to see some pretty cool stuff underwater. They were very attentive our needs - which was to make sure that our 8 and 6 year old left the water wanting to go back in. As with any sort of excursion, if you have gear (mask, snorkel) that your kids are comfy with, bring that -- it takes the nerves of new gear out of the equation. But we can't wait to go back! Jeff C

Captain Dave and his first mate Lenni provided a personalized, awesome snorkling tour. They never lost site of their swimmers and knew where to take us for sea turtles, stingrays, coral reefs and lots and lots of colorful fish. A first rate experience. Lunch and snacks were plentiful and nurtrious. loggerchris

I went out with Captain Dave and had a fantastic adventure. He took us snorkeling to three different areas... the pier and two different reefs. We saw magnificent turtles, a stunning nurse shark, many colorful fish, and coral. I highly recommend a day on the water with Captain Dave and his crew. You will not be disappointed! Terry & Jose

Have been out on fishing trips 4 years in a row and this was by far the best!! Capt Dave put me on fish and had a blast.Boat and gear excellent.A very good time.Appreciated the food & beverages. Will be eating fish here and bringing fish back to Minnesota for Superbowl party jodadoz

We booked two snorkeling trips with Fin Time Adventures at once and we're sure glad we did. Culebra was the first day and Captain Dave, Kyle and Mary were the perfect folks to have guide us. Accommodating and knowledgable is a great combo. My wife and I felt totally comfortable with our ocean experience and never felt hurried in any way. The turtle sanctuary was a highlight for both of us. The next trip took us to four different reefs on opposite sides of Vieques. What a great time! Captain Dave was a blast to talk to and was happy to share information about the island. I skipped one of the reefs because I was enjoying the conversation so much. Too bad for me because my wife saw a school of juvenile barracuda that must have been thirty feet long. These guys know where to go to see the sights and also where to go to hook them. My next trip to Vieques will certainly include Fin Time Adventures. Oniwerth

Highly recommend this company. This fishing trip packed a lot of bang for the buck. Seven hours on the boat with the captain and a crew of two on a very nice boat. The captain and crew worked well together with our group of seven to make sure we all caught fish and had a good time. Jay T

We were looking at spending a day at Culebra while we were vacationing in Vieques. After looking at different options, I found snorkeling with Fin Time Adventures. Capt. Dave, Bill, Mary, and resident dog Harley were terrific. We started out in the morning from Mosquito Pier for the 2 hour cruise to Culebra Island. I would advise if you are prone to motion sickness to bring dramamine and sea bands. It can get a little choppy on the water and you're riding on a small boat so you feel it all. Our first stop was a 1/2 mile reef off the Culebra coast. It was pretty spectacular with all the colorful fish, urchins, conchs, and sea fans. It started to rain while we were in the water which made for a cool experience. The rain didn't last very long. Then we went to Tamarindo. This was another cool spot since we were able to swim with the sea turtles and saw a nice looking sting ray. We cruised a little farther to stop and have a nice lunch that was prepared by Mary. It wasn't just any lunch with sandwiches. She made us grilled chicken and special homemade potato salad recipe. The boat also provides water and sodas and other snacks. Then we cruised over to the world famous Flamenco Beach. It's so cool to moor off the beach and swim to it. We were able to hang out on the beach for awhile and even hang out in the water by the boat while we waited for everyone to get back. Captain Dave even took us to another secret spot. It was a little too rough for most of us but the more experienced swimmers went out to check it out and were pretty impressed. Bring an underwater camera if you can. Bring a towel and a sweatshirt for the cool ride back. Definitely bring sunscreen and reapply. It was a long day and we got to watch the sunset on the way back. The crew was great to hang out and talk to. It was a great experience! Julie T
